You will need a Canva account to edit your graphics files and make them your own. These templates are compatible with the free Canva account, but we recommend a paid account to download graphics with transparent backgrounds.
In addition the video tutorials included with each template kit. You also gain access to email support for any problems or questions that arise related to the use of the template.
If you need support outside of the template use, we also offer support calls for an additional fee or can recommend you to another provider where relevant.
